Licensing and Qualifications
I was first licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in Michigan. I qualified by completing courses in Real Estate Financing, Real Estate Investment and Taxation, and Property Management, and by passing a written exam.
In California, I was licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in 2004, and I earned a Real Estate Broker license in 2006. I qualified for my Broker license by working full time as a Real Estate Salesperson for more than two years, by completing additional courses in Real Estate Law, Real Estate Appraisal and Real Estate Escrow, and by passing a comprehensive written exam.
